A whole-house system is installed on the main water line so water is filtered before it reaches the kitchen, bathrooms, showers and laundry.
How does the AQUAOZZY three-stage system work?Filtration
Stage 1 provides sediment defence with a 5 Micron Pleated Sediment cartridge. Stage 2 uses 1 Micron Scale Carbon, and Stage 3 provides a final polish with 1 Micron Coconut Carbon.
How often should the filters be replaced?Maintenance
AQUAOZZY generally recommends replacing the filter set every six months. Actual timing can vary with household use and local water conditions, so follow the maintenance guidance supplied with your system.
Does the system need a licensed plumber?Installation
Yes. Installation and servicing must be completed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable Australian plumbing requirements.
Which finishes are available?Design
The cabinet is available in Monument and Surfmist, selected to suit common Australian exterior palettes.
Is the AQUAOZZY system WaterMark certified?Certification
The AQUAOZZY system is WaterMark certified to AS 3497:2021. Certification details should be read together with the product and installation documentation.
What are the system dimensions?Specifications
The system measures 640 mm wide, 280 mm deep and 830 mm high. A licensed plumber should confirm suitable clearance and access for installation and servicing.
How much does the system cost?Pricing
GST-inclusive supply pricing is $1,299 for Adelaide pickup, $1,399 for Melbourne pickup, or $1,499 for metro Australia delivery. Installation is not included.
Is installation included in the advertised price?Installation
No. The listed prices are for supply or delivery only. AQUAOZZY can discuss plumber assistance by enquiry, but installation must be quoted separately.
What warranty is included?Warranty
The AQUAOZZY whole-house filtration system includes a three-year warranty, subject to the supplied warranty terms, correct installation and required maintenance.
Where can I collect or receive the system?Delivery
Pickup options are available in Adelaide and Melbourne, and a metro Australia delivery option is available. Contact AQUAOZZY to confirm serviceability for your address before ordering.
Can I order replacement filters and a stand?Accessories
Yes. The genuine three-stage replacement filter pack is $249 including GST, and the stainless steel stand is $180 including GST.
